Kileen Manufacturing

Converted a 36,000 square foot building previously used as a plumbing supply house which consisted of a showroom and warehouse space, into a new corporate office and manufacturing facility for Kileen Manufacturing. The project consisted included demolition and removal of a 20-ton and 40-ton gantry crane and rail and removing all interior partitions in the space. We constructed 9 new private offices, a breakroom, and 6 bathrooms including 2 full ADA bathrooms. Additional project highlights include:

• LED Lighting throughout office space and manufacturing

• New fire alarm system

• Sprinkler system upgrades

• New Bi-Directional Amplification System

• New 1600 Amp 480/277V underground electrical service and new distribution throughout.

• New exterior lighting

• HVAC upgrades

• Exterior painting and roof coating

• New loading dock and overhead doors

• Construction of isolation pads for 100,135, and 200 ton presses

• Masonry repairs throughout
